Assisting with initial or renewal accreditation process from form completion to staff training and strategic planning to achieve compliance in a manner that best fits your organization.
Policy and Procedure development, review, and revision as needed and tailored to your organization.
Developing and/or assisting with the Performance/Quality Improvement Program including, but not limited to in-service program, HIPAA compliance, infection control, and corporate compliance.

Services are offered as virtual/remote when effectively possible or on-site. Price savings can be achieved with virtual due to the lack of travel/lodging expenses that must be factored in with on-site services.
Pricing
There is no charge for initial conference to determine if and how I can be of service.
Rates may vary slightly, and in some cases, pricing can be based on job completion estimate for policy and procedure revisions and form development. Otherwise, hourly rates are generally $60/ hour plus expenses. Expenses are travel and lodging related. Therefore, virtual/remote consulting would be much less expensive if it is determined that successful results and client expectations can be achieved remotely.
Expertise
I have been directly responsible as well as personally involved with assuring quality of care and compliance with health care accreditation, quality assurance and improvement, and compliance with government regulations for over 20 years in an administrative capacity. This has included serving as President, Vice President, and QI Coordinator for various medical supply companies. I have navigated successful JCAHO surveys and most recently, ACHC surveys for the last several years. I have completed the consultant certification program with ACHC. My objectives as a consultant are to assist my clients to achieve and/or maintain successful accreditation in the most cost-effective and efficient manner. My approach is to help you concentrate on what is necessary in a common-sense manner while minimizing unnecessary time-consuming documentation and activities.
